the app is slow and very manual. city, zone and area have to be selected for every order and item details don’t auto-fill. Pathao merchant panel should have a draft system for shopify orders so we can review, print labels, prepare parcels, and send them for pickup. this would save a lot of time and make the workflow much more efficient.
