I’m very impressed with Pathlight. I specifically needed a post-purchase survey app that could tie survey responses to order revenue, and this was one of the biggest reasons I chose it. The setup process was surprisingly easy, and I was able to get everything working quickly. Being able to tag each order with the survey response is also huge, because it makes analytics and reporting so much easier on the backend. On top of all that, I’m honestly shocked that the app is free right now. Excellent app.

So far, my experience with Pathlight has been great. With any app, beyond functionality, support is absolutely key. The support to get our first survey up and running and troubleshoot has been fantastic! I highly recommend Pathlight.

Pathlight has honestly boosted my revenue way more than I expected. Being able to add a quiz at the end of the page helps me understand exactly what my customers want, so I can guide them to the right product instead of guessing. The insights alone are incredibly valuable. On top of that, the support is amazing — super friendly, fast, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they really care about their users. Highly recommend this app to anyone who wants to increase conversions and understand their customers better.
