DATEV > Buchhaltungsexport Pro ist vielleicht etwas teuer, funtkioniert aber tadellos. Mein Buchhalter hat keine Klagen. Was ich aber nicht nachvollziehen kann ist der Preis für den Rechnungsprinter von Pathway. Eigentlich sollte diese Funktionalität zu diesem Preis bereits integriert sein, wird aber als eigene App zusätzlich angeboten. Ab 1000 Bestellungen pro Monat kostet die Rechnungsprinter App dann satte €49.99. Mit mehr Bestellungen steigt der Preis sogar noch weiter an. Das empfinde ich als stark überhöht - ob die App 200 Rechnungen oder 2000 Rechnungen produziert, macht für die App keinen Unterschied. Dass dann preislich so zugelangt wird, finde ich nicht ok. Auch im Vergleich mit anderen, vergleichbaren Apps überzogen - meiner Meinung nach.
Pathway supported us for several years with the Shopify/DATEV bridge. We recently switched to a different solution, based on guidance from our tax advisors regarding our broader operations outside the DACH region, as well as recurring discrepancies we experienced between expected revenue in DATEV and the values derived from Shopify data. We want to highlight that the support from our account manager, Marcel, was excellent. He went above and beyond to help us, even though the issue ultimately exceeded the scope of what Pathway's tool could resolve. We're very grateful for his approach throughout the entire process.
