I was referred to the Patrol app when our website faced a lawsuit for not being WCAG/ADA compliant, despite already having an accessibility app in place. Unfortunately, that solution was only an overlay and didn’t truly address the needs of accessibility users. Patrol, however, is a genuine solution. It helped us identify and fix numerous underlying issues on our site. The team was incredibly hands-on, taking the time to walk me through the platform and show me how to make adjustments with ease. Best of all, no coding experience is required. I highly recommend Patrol to anyone looking for a reliable, effective approach to website accessibility.

We really like Patrol and have had a very positive experience using it. The app is easy to navigate, helpful, and gives us confidence that we’re making meaningful improvements to our store’s accessibility. Sam and Henry have been excellent to work with—smart, responsive, and just great partners overall. It’s clear they care about their customers. Highly recommend Patrol.

We’ve had a great experience with Patrol so far. The setup was quick and easy. It immediately started pointing out accessibility issues on our site that we didn’t even know existed. The app itself is very easy to use, and even better, you’re paired with a team member who walks you through everything and helps make the changes with you. What really makes the difference is the team behind Patrol. They’ve been incredibly helpful whenever we’ve had questions and have taken the time to guide us through what we need to do to make sure our site is ADA compliant. It truly feels like there are real people supporting you, not just software. It takes a lot of the guesswork out of the process and is really reassuring to know someone is there helping you every step of the way. I was overwhelmed trying to figure out what to do about accessibility on our site, and they’ve made the whole process feel much easier and far less stressful. I also really appreciate that Patrol focuses on fixing the actual accessibility issues within the theme rather than relying on overlays (which we had thought about as a potential solution in the beginning). We found out overlays can sometimes create more problems than they solve, and I didn’t want to put a band-aid over the real issues. Patrol’s approach feels much more thoughtful and gives me confidence that we’re addressing accessibility the right way.

The team at Patrol are incredible. What I really love about the app is that it doesn’t just point out accessibility issues, it fixes them properly at the code level. One of my biggest concerns was finding a compliance app I could trust that wouldn’t slow down my website or be a band-aid style fix. It was also really important for me to be able to see exactly how a customer will experience the website. A lot of the other apps I looked into seemed to change the front-end in a way that made the site look odd for users, while on my end everything still looked normal. Patrol shows you exactly how the end user is going to experience the website. They also jump on monthly calls with me, explain everything in a way that actually makes sense, and help deploy the fixes. That means I’m not left trying to hunt down technical issues myself or spend thousands on a developer every time something changes on the site. It’s genuinely taken a lot of stress out of improving the website, and it feels good knowing the site is more accessible for everyone. That extra support and guidance has made a huge difference.

We've only been using this app for three months or so but so far we've been impressed with it. In our search for solutions to help us achieve ADA compliance we primarily encountered overlay tools and expensive agencies that specialize in these services. The overlay providers don't fix the underlying code and the general consensus suggests they aren't sufficient for deterring an ADA complaint. The agencies locate the issues, help with fixing them and offer ongoing monitoring plans but the services come at a premium which isn't ideal for small business. Patrol uses automation to locate the issues and displays them in a dashboard. From there they provide the ability to create a new theme with the changes applied directly to the code. While it hasn't been battletested over time, I feel confident that our site meets compliance standards and will fall under the radar of predatory attorneys and their clients. The price is affordable and the staff has been super helpful and accommodating. If you're looking to proactively get compliant or have encountered a legal complaint, I recommend giving their solution a try.
