We have been using the PWYW app on our site since 2021. We utilize it as a "pay invoice" tool for customers to prepay for services. We bill them an amount, and they can manually enter and pay the invoice online. This provides a convenient way for customers to pay independently. The app handles this process perfectly. The support team has also helped to resolve my issues quickly. Most issues have been related to Shopify updates.

Occasionally, when we update our theme, we encounter compatibility issues with the app, but the support team resolves them quickly. We believe this is the only app on Shopify that can be used as a "pay invoice" tool.
