Updated review: The app works well, and I appreciate that the developer responded quickly and updated the Privacy Policy to clarify how data is handled. The issues I raised have been resolved, which I value. That said, I still don’t like that the app requires such broad permissions. For this reason, I’ll continue using it for now but will also look for alternatives that don’t request access to customer data. Old review: The app works well, but recently it started requesting customer data. It now asks for the following information about customers, yet in the Privacy Policy (effective 26 June 2025), there is no mention of collecting this data or how it is being protected: Customers Name, email address, phone number, physical address, geolocation, IP address, browser and operating system
Thank you for your feedback and for continuing to use Payflow — we’re really glad to hear that the app works well for you 🙏 To clarify: the new permissions are only related to an optional QR code payment feature for merchants in Slovakia and Czechia. Since your store is based in Poland, this feature is completely inactive for you and no additional customer data is being accessed. Following your feedback, we’ve also updated our Privacy Policy to clearly explain what data is used, when it is collected, and how it is protected. We truly appreciate you raising this concern, as it helped us improve our app for everyone. If you have any other questions, our team is always here to help.

Všetko funguje ako má. Využívame QR kódy k platbám a upravili sme možnosti dopravy podľa nastavených podmienok. Apka super. Musím ale vyzdvihnúť ešte perfektnú úroveň podpory, mal som pár dotazov a všetko sme vyriešili bezproblémovo a rýchlo. Držím palce ďalej :)
