PalSync ‑ PayPal Tracking Sync
The reviews for this Shopify App are mixed, with one user expressing frustration over the lack of human support and issues with old orders being synchronized, leading to customer complaints and additional costs. On the other hand, two users gave the app a 5-star rating, praising its functionality in automatically syncing tracking numbers to PayPal, reducing manual work, decreasing PayPal disputes, and speeding up payment releases. The synchronization itself works. Unfortunately, we have received no response from human support, even after waiting ten days. Because a large number of old orders were synchronized, the affected customers suddenly received PayPal emails containing shipping information for those old orders. We are now receiving numerous complaints from customers as a result. We are deleting the app after less than a month because it has caused us significantly more problems than benefits. Since the old orders were also synchronized, we ended up paying almost €100 for this.
Fantastic app! It automatically syncs tracking numbers to PayPal which saves a lot of manual work. Since installing it, my PayPal disputes have decreased and payments are released faster.
