I am writing to express my deep frustration with my recent experiences while trying to sign up for your platform. For the past three months, I have been attempting to register, but the constant requests for various documents have been overwhelming. I have submitted all the required documents, which have been accepted by multiple government departments in India, yet I continue to face hurdles with your platform. Additionally, the process of changing my phone number has been incredibly frustrating and has only added to my dissatisfaction. To make matters worse, I received a call from one of your representatives who, instead of providing assistance, used abusive language towards me. This behavior is completely unacceptable, and I am requesting a formal explanation for this incident along with an apology from your team. I urge you to streamline your signup process and improve customer support to enhance the user experience. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I look forward to your prompt response.
