Great customer service. New to the app but they are fast to respond and put the work in to address unique needs. App itself very straightforward way to get/send PDF order details. Recommend.

Easy to set up and the support are very fast to assist and make any minor tweaks required to their templates. Being able to include a PDF invoice download link in the Shopify notification templates is a life saver.
