We use Oxilayer for our Shopify store in Germany and are very happy with both the app and the support. We had some specific requirements for our B2B invoices, including custom item attributes, payment terms and ZUGFeRD XML. Edwin took the time to understand our workflow, checked our actual Shopify setup and even implemented adjustments in the app to support what we needed. The communication was friendly, fast and very personal throughout the entire process. After the update, we tested everything again and the custom item information is now correctly included in both the invoice and the ZUGFeRD XML. It is great to work with a developer who not only answers support questions, but really tries to understand how the customer uses the app. Thank you, Edwin, for the excellent support and your work on these improvements.
