We needed a user-friendly way for our customers to add customized images and text to shirts. This app was simple to set up, and the standout feature is the exceptional customer support. They’ve been incredibly helpful in handling small adjustments and answering all our questions.

This is the most helpful support team I've experienced with an app here so far. Love the app. Am using it in 3 different stores, and client stores too.

PDP is a very good app allows us to be able to customize and change anything we want. The experience with the app is very good, there's no delays and the support service is excellent and is 10/10. Would i recommend this app, yes i would this has helped us develop our upcoming plan for our business for Apparel and other projects within our business. This is a winning App and Hukcommerce is top for developers which includes other apps that they have.

This app seems like it would be a good choice based off the Ui and options it provides. But the service for this is absolutely horrible and how you actually implement it is a hassle. The only thing they solved for me was when the images would not show up in the app. However setting it up is the biggest problem / confusion! You have to manually do everything for each product and their so called "Guide" explains almost nothing. It just left us more confused. When asked about other features such as dividing products by color they responded with "You want to have more color options in your product design instead of having to create sides". This doesn't explain how to do it at all? I go to the colors tab and choose the color. But they aren't attached to any of the products. How do I attach it to a product? How do I attach it to the specified color of the product? It's been a absolute nightmare from the beginning and we haven't been able to actually implement this thing into our website after working with them trying to figure things out and solve issues for a whole month now! DO NOT GET THIS APP! Warning you now.

Was an easy install and seems to be exactly what we were looking for. Thank a lot for the team to fix some duplicate code in the theme, very helpful support with immediate attention to issues. You guys have a great product and a great team!
