Nous avons installé Peak PIM pour centraliser la gestion de tout notre contenu produit, et le résultat dépasse nos attentes. La connexion avec Shopify se fait en quelques clics, sans aucune configuration technique : tout le catalogue est remonté dans l'outil immédiatement. Au quotidien, le gain de temps est énorme. Produits, variantes, médias, champs méta : tout se pilote depuis un seul endroit, avec des modifications en masse qui remplacent des heures de travail manuel dans l'admin Shopify. L'outil se prend en main très rapidement, et quand on a une question, l'équipe est très réactive et à l'écoute. Déjà convaincus par Syncbase, nous retrouvons ici la même qualité avec une solution encore plus complète. Merci à toute l'équipe, on recommande à 100 %.
We have around 10,000 products, and Peak PIM makes managing them so much easier. The SKU reconciliation worked really well, bulk edits are a big time-saver, and metafields and metaobjects are much easier to work with. The team is also very responsive and clearly listens to its users. Definitely recommended!

Bulk edits save a huge amount of time, and being able to prepare and review changes before publishing them to Shopify makes larger updates much less stressful. The team has been fantastic as well - very responsive, genuinely interested in our feedback, and always willing to work through our real use cases with us. Peak PIM has already made a big difference to how we manage our catalog!

Setting up a large, established catalog in a new PIM can be challenging, but Peak PIM made the process straightforward. Almost all our products matched correctly by SKU, we could review everything before finalizing the reconciliation, and we now have a much better way to identify inconsistencies between stores. Being able to prepare changes in the PIM before publishing them to Shopify also gives us confidence when making larger updates. Support has been exceptional: responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to work through our actual workflows with us. Five stars.
