The app works, convenient to use, does everything it says it will. The customer service is literally out of this world. We are a new small business with no experience in setting up online shops, they explained everything in great detail, and had a maximum 1 hour reply window even on weekends!

I've been using GLS professional until now. As I know this app comes from the same developer and it is significantly newer and better. Customer service is very quickly responding, they are super helpful and made everything work like charm through remote help. Our shop has become better looking at checkout, offering many shipping providers and large variety of parcel boxes available. The map looks great and works very smooth. The map shows different parcel box fees for customers what you can manually set up for each parcel box brand. It also handles cash on delivery fees if you desire to charge for that service, therefore you have no need to install other apps to handle those fees. This app is all in one. Highly recommended!
