I want my money back, bc the app is NOT ready for users: buggy - if you create sth "unknown error" // you have to position your assets every time you create a new version // Background removal does not work: your product becomes distorted, and the manual retouching is poor. // backgound images look like out of frankenstein's lab // UX bad // AI creates terrible images // I recommend testing in 2027// great potential for shopify // wasted 4h - deleted accidentaly a product photo due to bad UX

I've started to play with it a few days ago to get additional assets for different platforms. It requires you to spend time on it, and think outside the box. It takes a bit of time to think of commands in an abstract way, but it is rewarding to learn a new skill. Not all generated images can be used, but overall and with the help of customer service, about half of the images I played with are usable and I have already published them. I would definitely recommend it if you are new to ai, if you are short in budget, and if you want to assort a few ai generated images in your assets. I think the technology will only improve and it could be quite complex to start learning this at a later time, better to jump on the wagon now and grow alongside it. I'm giving it 5 stars for the effort in launching this on the market and the customer service I received. In terms of generated images, Not all your results may be 5 stars, that's why you are given plenty of photos to practice with.
Thank you so much for the honest and objective review! Yes, we know not all ai-generated images are usable. So (1) we are improving our AI to generate better images and (2) we just added an editing feature where you can erase and re-generate parts of an image. Thanks again!
