This app is extremely insightful with a huge amount of useful and actionable data. Love the Slack integration for quick daily snapshots of key performance indicators and comparisons. Customer support is excellent and really cares about your success with their product. Highly recommended!

Great analytics app, and really responsive and helpful team. Peel makes it super easy to get a snapshot of key metrics for your store, as well as gives you the ability to dive deeper into any metrics that may be relevant for you. I've been really impressed with their team - their communication, flexibility, and output is top notch. I'd highly recommend using Peel!

I used this app to get LTV and cohort data which comes standard. My only problem so far is that I can't exclude data when it's impacting the averages.

Great App! The daily email digest with the most relevant key metrics of our stores is an important pillar in my daily routine. From there I can dive deep into our store metrics when needed. I usually do that on a monthly basis... Team is available and responsive for questions.

Fantastic app for cohort analysis. The on-boarding process is really smooth, and their team is super responsive and helpful if you have and queries. Using the insights from Peel we have greatly improved our retention marketing and have much better insight into the value of our different marketing channels.

This app has been a lifesaver for me - as a new eComm founder who came from a finance and data background, I always want to keep track of our KPIs, and Peel has enabled me to keep track of everything anytime without the need to manually run analyses. I think this is an app that every ecomm business need - the slack integration is incredibly convenient, and the customer segment data has provided us tremendous insight to guide our marketing strategies. You can also input COGS and keep track of your gross margin, so you know exactly how much money you made. Definitely a must have!

The daily graphs on Slack that are automatically sent by Peel has been super helpful as it provides a at-a-glance view of our business performance and trends. The dashboard is a very powerful tool that was able to delay our expensive data analyst hire. Highly recommended to any ecommerce startup that's serious about data driven decision making.

Peel Analytics is incredibly easy to use and delivers tons of value for the cost. Their automated reporting in Slack proactively surfaces insights in a place where our team already spends a lot of time and what's more, they're constantly iterating and improving the product. We've been using Peel for several weeks now, and I love it! We share the insights to a shared Slack channel and it gives us insight into our sales, which sparks a lot of interesting conversations. Great tool! UPDATE: I wrote my original review in December of 2019 and Peel's suite of analytics has evolved over the years. I have a dedicated Slack channel to get daily updates from Peel, and I invite our team to see how we're doing from a metrics perspective, using Peel's great analytics. They have continued to improve their reporting and service, as well as their integrations and visualizations. I strongly recommend it for any growing Shopify store!
