Cahoot has been a great fulfillment partner for our brand. The team has been extremely responsive, supportive, and hands-on throughout the entire inbound and outbound fulfillment process. Whenever operational questions or logistics challenges came up, they were quick to respond and always worked with us to find practical solutions. We especially appreciated the strong communication, flexibility, and white-glove level of support during more complex situations. Toward the end of our project, the operations team also did an excellent job coordinating a fairly complex inventory removal and shipment consolidation process for us. Everything arrived safely, and the extra effort throughout the process was genuinely appreciated. It genuinely felt like we were working with people who cared and stayed involved to help keep things moving smoothly from start to finish. Cahoot has been a wonderful partner for our fulfillment and EDI needs. The onboarding process was smooth, and their team has been very responsive and supportive throughout. Since it was our first time working with an Orderful integration, there were a few challenges at the beginning. However, the Cahoot team was very proactive in coordinating with Orderful, and everything worked out smoothly in the end. Chat and email support are always quick and helpful. Support has been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have helped me set up a somewhat custom fulfillment arrangement to satisfy our needs. Beyond that, orders have been shipped the day they are received provided of course they are received prior to the daily cut off time. All in all, I'm extremely impressed with Cahoot's efficiency and capabilities. And their website interface is simple and intuitive to use. Well done, Cahoot!
