MySoulCube review for Peregrine Ship
May 27, 2025
Well usually I don't leave bad reviews but I feel that I can probably save someone time and money by sharing my exprerience. First of all they have pretty high prices compare to other bigger companies. Secondly they quote the product cost BUT the final total cost (product+shipping) can not be shared earlier. That means that you blindly top up balance in their app and wish for a good price. Let's go now to the more important things. I ordered some samples before give them my customer orders, they got "mad" with the requested quality control. Now guess what... 2 of the 3 samples arrived defected.. I contacted them and ask for a replacement, they did and guess what ,again both of them not working at all and one was also broken this time.. Imagine if they send products like this to the owner samples after "quality control" ,what they will send to the customers... Lastly, they told me that we will stop working together until I have 10+orders per day becaue they can't do quality control. Some companies have this rule (about min orders) but you know that from the start, they said in the start that it's ok since was a new store and suddendly after some days change it. I am so glad that I stop working with them because some days after I am doing indeed 10+ orders with a more reliable agent, with very lower prices from the start and good quality control. Stay away from them, there are so many better alternatives that will save you time and money. Hope this help at least one person!
We're sorry to see this review, but it’s important to set the record straight. From the beginning, we supported you even though your store was doing only 2–3 orders per week. Our Terms of Service clearly state a $100 minimum balance is required, but we waived that to help you get started, trusting in good cooperation and your potential to grow. You ordered samples for yourself—not for customers. You reported issues 14 days after delivery, which is already outside our replacement window. Still, we sent you a second batch completely free of charge. Again, after another 14 days, you claimed the replacements were defective—yet refused to provide any photo or video evidence, even after multiple requests. Meanwhile, we had already fulfilled actual customer orders using the exact same products—and there were zero complaints. That raised serious doubts about your claims. Despite that, we offered to send a third replacement, simply asking for basic proof. Instead, you began threatening us with a bad review if we didn’t continue sending free items. Even after all this, we refunded your full remaining balance. Then, 10 days later, you returned—not to resolve anything—but to post this review. We supported you far beyond what was required. We acted in good faith. That trust was abused. We stand by our team, our work, and our values. We protect our clients, but we also protect our company from being taken advantage of. — The Peregrine Ship Team
