One standout feature is the email login functionality, which conveniently retrieves all return eligible orders for customers who may have misplaced their order numbers, ensuring a seamless return experience, and has saved our customer service from handling those cases. The app's straightforward return authorization process and flexibility in adjusting refund amounts have proven invaluable to us, particularly when deductions are necessary.
