Popup wouldn't work correctly with our theme, a theme from Shopify theme store, told not possible to fix. I paid our developer to fix it instead, which she fixed within an hour. A lot of products fail to import, showing 'Product not created on Shopify store'. Markup pricing doesn't work. It states it will round up to the nearest pound but doesn't. Live preview looks okay on desktop but on smaller devices the personalisation will be all over the place not a good preview for potential customers. Lucky to get a response from support without chasing them constantly. Stock update is not accurate. Orders not always updated Cannot change description, title or add tags to the product without the app overriding them. Terrible in every aspect. Save yourself the hassle and don't use.

Richard contacted us to offer us their services. So far impressed with the app. It synced swiftly to my Shopify store. Early days but I feel very optimistic about PGS and look forward to developing my store more.

Good products, good app and approachable and responsive staff (I've been mainly dealing with Richard Ross who is very good). There's quite a few issues and UX problems with the app, but given it's new there's likely to be some teething issues. Once these are fixed this app will set them apart from their competitors as it will be a seriously good app. The automation will give them an edge with any personalised gifts website that want's to use their system.
