Submitted a request for customer service twice with no response. App is difficult to use and is not suitable for loading groups of products at one time. App didn't list for me any products that could be used on Shopify store sales channel (all products were POS). This app shouldn't be listed on Shopify.

This step by step video, will aid you in downloading the app to integrating collections, products, price updates, order syncing, processing orders and explaining formats for online or brick and mortar business models.
