Great app with even better customer support!
Thanks for taking the time to share your experience! We’re always here if you need us again. Best regards, The GoodApps Team.
This app is a scam, beware! They advertised the app as free, then made a random charge of £40 for month one, claiming the app had brought me 14k site visitors when i had less than 1k visitors, none of it through the app. After speaking to them they assured me that by removing the app I wouldn't be charged, I was still charged. And now they wont give my money back. The positive reviews are obviously fake.
We appreciate you taking the time to share your concerns. We want to assure you that all of our positive reviews come from real, satisfied users. Our app is actively used by over 1,000 merchants, and we always strive to be fully transparent with our users. All pricing details are clearly stated on the app’s listing page, including the 7-day free trial period, during which you can cancel without being charged. Please note that uninstalling the app stops any future billing cycles, but charges may still apply for the active billing period during which the app was installed and in use. If you need help with setup, billing clarification, or anything else, our support team is always here and happy to assist.
