Pick, Pack and Promo
The reviews for the Shopify App are mostly positive, highlighting its efficiency in order picking and fulfillment, ease of use for new team members, and excellent customer service. My business is near 6 years in with PPP, and I cannot say enough about it. It organizes our orders into a perfect pull list, gives us checks and balances for catching mistakes, generates lovely packing slips for our orders. Managing orders on our website would be wildly more difficult without the PPP app, and first rate customer service. Indispensable.
Haben ein ganz mieses Update rausgebracht. Funktionen nicht mehr da. In den Picklisten werden die Preise jetzt angezeigt und die Summery zeigt keine Anzhal der Artikel mehr an und lässt sich auch alles nicht ändern. Die angebebene Mail Adresse für den Support ist nicht mehr gültig. Ganz mies
Thank you for your review, and we're truly sorry about the problems our recent update caused. We appreciate you letting us know. We've now released a fix that should resolve the issues you described. Prices on the pick list follow the "Item charges" setting again (Configuration > Display options > Configure > Line item details), and the summary shows item quantities again. If you prefer the table-style summary you had before, you can choose "Detailed" under "Pick list summary" on the same page. We've also corrected the support email address. If anything still isn't working as expected, or a feature you rely on seems to be missing, please email us and we'll look into it right away. No response when requesting help
Would love to give the APP a great rating becuase it looks very promising, but so far I have been unable to get any response on request for support. I can't begin to use it becuase there are errors in the packing slips. A bit annoyed becuase I am paying for the app and can't get a reply from the support team
A must-have! Makes picking and fulfilling orders a no-brainer. Easy to learn for new team members. Thanks.
