Experience was bad. I had to find account manager in WhatsApp myself and bombard her with messages, only then they respond. Nothing is automated. They don't have products that are listed, they would be taking a week to buy them and then forever to actually fulfill them. Do not recommend.

What I love most is the professional ERP System with real-time tracking and updates. It keeps my customers informed and helps us avoid a lot delivery issues. Highly recommend for anyone who are having headaches with the old supplier.
