We’ve been using Alpaca for quite a while now and it’s been solid overall. The app is simple to set up and works well with our workflow for pickups and deliveries. We did run into a recent issue, but their support team (Sam in particular) was quick to respond, helpful, and took care of everything including a refund for the downtime. Really appreciate the communication and customer service. Once everything was sorted it’s been running smooth again. Definitely recommend if you need a reliable pickup and delivery setup on Shopify.

We’ve tried multiple apps to handle customization for packing, pickup, and delivery but Alpaca is hands down the best. The interface is modern, clean, and intuitive. What really sets Alpaca apart is the level of customization it offers. It goes way beyond what most apps can do. But even more impressive than the app itself is the team behind it. We had a critical issue on our site, but since so much of our store’s functionality is built around their app, we reached out for help. Not only did the Alpaca team investigate and fix the issue, but they did it quickly and at no charge. They also took the time to explain the root of the issue so our developer could prevent it in the future. Incredible support. Powerful features. Clean design. If you’re serious about customizing your store’s fulfillment experience, Alpaca is the way to go.

We have been using this app for a few years and have been very happy with the results. We ran into an issue recently, and Steve from customer service went out of his way to troubleshoot and help resolve the problem quickly.

It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! Designed to optimize picking efficiencies, instructs the users on how to pack the items picked and at a click of a button, dispense the order after customer pickup.
