We at GT have been using Alpaca for the last 2 years and have been amazed by its ease of use and scalability. Alpaca is an intuitive solution to pick, pack and dispense the BOPIS orders. It’s as easy as 1, 2, 3! Designed to optimize picking efficiencies, instructs the users on how to pack the items picked and at a click of a button, dispense the order after customer pickup. We look forward to continued collaboration with the product team.

Alpaca is a life saver for my small business! We are able to seamlessly manage our order flow via this app and this easily replaces at least a full days worth of work each week if not more. Their customer service is always super fast to respond and they have always found a solution to any issue I have had quickly.

I've been using Alpaca: Pack, Pickup, Deliver since 2021, and I can confidently say it's a top-tier Shopify app. Over the years, the support team has consistently been helpful, but the new team led by Steve has set a new standard for excellence. Steve and his team provide probably the best customer support I've ever experienced. Several features of the app stand out. The built-in local delivery navigation that integrates seamlessly with Google Maps is incredibly convenient and efficient. The user interface is simple and intuitive, making it easy to navigate and use. I also appreciate the flexibility of having individual logins for all locations. This feature ensures that each site operates smoothly and independently. Additionally, the specific accounts for order managers and drivers simplify the process, making it easier for everyone involved. Overall, Alpaca: Pack, Pickup, Deliver has significantly improved our delivery operations, and I highly recommend it to any Shopify store owner looking for a reliable and user-friendly delivery solution.

If I could, I'd rate them way more than 5 stars. The app is super cost-effective, especially compared to others that have all these features. It was quite difficult to find an app that allows scheduling while also being able to account for inventory levels in each location. The user interface is very easy to use. Plus, I can have logins and secure pins for all team members The service is some of the best I have seen. They are very responsive and get things resolved quickly.
