The App is really helpful in automatically creating delivery orders directly from within Shopify. It saves us a lot of time in the fulfilment process. The app support could be better from a technical point of view, so that we could integrate more details from our orders such as delivery date and time . Overall very satisfied with the integration and the service as well.

Good integration to have and it saves time re-entering the customer details and address. It also auto-fulfills and notifies customer on the tracking details. However you need to be careful to check the fulfillment location as Pickupp sometimes selects the wrong location. Overall still satisfied and would continue using it.

A relatively good and efficient courier service with a web portal that is very user friendly. The integration with Shopify makes it pretty convenient too. What can be improved is that sometimes the courier takes more than 4 hours to arrive but there is no notification provided to highlight it to us and if the order has been accepted, we can't cancel it without incurring a fee, even when though it is way past our opening hours. This happens now and then, but overall it works well.

Good integration to have and it saves me some time re-entering the customer details and address. It also auto-fulfills and notifies customer on the tracking details. However you need to be careful to check the fulfillment location as Pickupp sometimes selects the wrong location. Not sure how the algorithm works though and there's no option to select a default fulfilmment location. The only thing is you need to enter the parcel dimensions manually which is not surprising because Shopify does not have parcel dimensions built in too. So hopefully Shopify can come up with an attribute to enter parcel dimensions and Pickupp updates the integration. Overall still satisfied and would continue using it.

This company's service is unreliable. the courier service does not come on time and will not pick up their phones to answer. And when you cancel the the order for pick up they charge you 50% fee when no service was rendered. The customer service is bad as well, do not reply and have to wait online for very long time to get a response and they do not bother to have a service recovery, they will just copy and paste their standard replies online. Very bad experience with them. This review is written for Singapore service only not for any other region.
