Great warehousing application with outstanding support! Normally we are really hesitating with handing out good reviews or reviews in general. Too often applications seem to start very nicely and dropped off immense. But with Picqer we are totally satisfied for a few months already and as the outstanding support really deserves it we have decided to write this review. Picqer is a great application and an easy to use and secure solution for companies that want to take the picking, packing and warehouse process on an optimized path. Picqer is very easy to use, very easy to connect with different other platforms, applications and shipping carriers. Furthermore the application works super smooth and is very reliable. Within three months of using we did not had a single order that has not been imported or a single item missing on the lists. And the support of Picqer is a big help and truly outstanding. They are always helping us out regarding questions or supporting us regarding new features that we would like to have in the application. We never waited longer then 3-4 hours for a reply and they always had a solution for our issues and questions. Big thumbs up from our side and a very well deserved 5 star review from us!

Picqer wasn't the right solution for our specific needs which is a shame because it looked robust and easy to use. Support was also good. Would recommend.

Helaas. In de praktijk werkt Picqer niet zoals je zou verwachten. Zowel orders als producten worden niet gesynchroniseerd. Ook is het is niet mogelijk om Picqer aan 1 locatie/magazijn toe te wijzen. Picqer importeert alle orders en alle artikelen uit je Shopify shop. Ook als producten en orders zijn toegewezen aan een andere locatie. Eigenlijk is Picqer niets meer dan eenmalige export van je data op order- en productniveau. Met een retourkoppeling voor de track en trace.
Dank je voor het telefonisch contact dat we hebben gehad naar aanleiding van deze review. We hebben samen jullie werkwijze bekeken en bevestigd dat Picqer niet de oplossing is voor het vraagstuk dat jullie hebben, waarbij er regelmatig "maatwerk" per bestelling is en achteraf nog veel kan wijzigen. Het portaal waar jullie mee hebben gewerkt is slechts klein onderdeel van Picqer. Een portaal dat klanten van fulfilment partijen inzage geeft in hun data. Hierdoor lijkt het voor jullie alsof Picqer alleen een export van je data maakt, terwijl er voor gebruikers een compleet WMS beschikbaar is. Bij interesse in Picqer kijken we samen goed naar je proces en of Picqer de juiste oplossing is. In dit geval zijn jullie klant van een Picqer gebruiker, waardoor we dit niet vooraf hebben kunnen ondervangen. Hopelijk vinden jullie snel een passende oplossing om het proces te verbeteren. Nogmaals bedankt voor het goede gesprek en we wensen jullie veel succes met de onderneming!

Picqer is een fantastisch programma, waarmee we veel tijd en geld hebben bespaard op het gebied van logistiek en fulfilment. De Picqer-Shopify app werkt heel goed.

Picqer is in een woord fantastisch! We zouden niet meer zonder willen. Picqer is een van de meest gebruiksvriendelijke software die wij kennen. Mocht je ergens niet uitkomen en een vraag stellen; de respons tijd is vaak minder dan een uur. Zelfs in tijden van de lockdown is de support supersnel. Picqer heeft er voor gezorgd dat we zeker 3 tot 4 mensen minder nodig hebben om de orders te kunnen verzenden en de inkomende goederen te faciliteren.
