It is difficult to review when the app does not work at all. We tried your free plan and tested a single image. It failed with an error stating "something went wrong, try again later" We tried this with several images all with the same error. It does not provide assurance to compel us to subscribe and pay.

I wish I could give zero stars. Avoid at all cost. This app ruined all my website and seo. I want to share just a few issues I had: - some images disappeared and I had to reupload them manually - the alt tag was overwritten even if I did not selected that option. I had to ask the support to restore the original alt tags, and they were not able to do it for all the files - No Alt tag was added on the images without alt tag - the file already named were renamed - the images compression ruined all my images quality on google images - I tried to restore all the images from the dashboard and, even if it says the process has been completed, I checked their weight one by one and that's not their original weight - I asked the support to restore the original images and they are not able to do so, they've asked me to send them all the original images and said they will upload them manually - how could you trust them after all this mess? I'd rather do it myself In the meantime my conversions have dropped because of all this. I installed this app (and this was one of my worst mistakes) to try and save some time, but now it will take at least a week ) to restore my website as it was. Last note: the customer service is always trying by any means to say it's not their app fault- but then when you show them the evidence they just say they cannot restore things as they were...

After reviewing your concerns internally, we found no discrepancies with your app settings. For instance, optimized images, alt tags, and file renaming were executed based on the settings selected. Regarding updates on Google Images, as explained, it takes time for search engines to reflect changes, which is beyond our control. We’ve repeatedly requested URLs, screenshots, or examples to assist further, but unfortunately, without these details, it becomes challenging to investigate or restore specific issues. Even so, we offered to manually upload your original files, a step we rarely take, to minimize your inconvenience. We sincerely value your feedback and are always here to support you in optimizing your store effectively. If you reconsider, we’d be happy to assist further to resolve this. Thanks.

Great application, Very economical, truly satisfied as compressed images are loading very fast. Will recommend for every store to have it, as it reduces website loading tome significantly because images load very fast after installing and using it.
