I had trouble getting my Pictorem and Shopify integration working properly, possibly because I had a domain name change during set-up. I ended up getting charged twice for the one-time app fee while trouble-shooting integration and it's been difficult to get the second charge refunded. Shopify and Pictorem both point to each other for providing the refund, so I've had to go to my credit card provider to dispute the duplicate charge.

Easy to use and save a lot of time creating my art. Great product variety and my customers are pleased with the overall quality. It took some time to understand all the options, but the export process is easy now. When you do a change on pricing on Pictorem, it doesn't reflect on Shopify, but as long as we are aware it's a "one time" export as a product listing, i am fine with it and i manage every product update on shopify. Good app to recommend for easily selling art online!

I've been using Pictorem for a while now, and it's been a game-changer for my art business. The ability to seamlessly integrate my artwork into Shopify and have Pictorem handle printing and shipping has saved me so much time and hassle. Plus, their customer service is top-notch—I've never had any issues, and any questions or concerns are always addressed promptly. I highly recommend Pictorem to any artist looking to expand their online presence and streamline their operations.

For those that don't understand how this works with Pictorem. It is a direct link to Pictorem - and to your Pictorem Gallery (if you choose to pay). This is just another avenue to get noticed. You can choose to Iframe in (which I don't recommend) or select the artwork and export it directly to Shopify from Pictorem (from your own page that you pay for) and then have them drop ship. This is great, especially for artists, as you don't have to keep any of your artwork on hand and they offer Free Shipping to US and Canada. Just take their verbiage for returns, and cancellations, add Pictorems phone # and include how to get refunds - and any other information, and let customers know you've signed up with a quality print shop to ensure standards and quality. I've had nothing but great experiences with Pictorem's customer service. But as long as your customers understand where the artwork is coming from and why and you shouldn't have any issues.

I heard about this company via social media and thought it would be so amazing to work with them. However, my experience has been the worst customer service experience I've encountered with an app or overall. The representatives were very polite, but I didn't receive a resolution to our issues and communication ceased indefinitely. I called and emailed and was in direct contact with the owner, who advised he would look into my technical problem but he never returned messages or calls. The images/inventory downloaded to another store, and I could not have this app function with my store, unfortunately. I am highly disappointed.
