I had a great experience with Pictoom's support. They helped me find a solution for my e-commerce store that allows me to edit images in bulk, which saves me a lot of time. I also really appreciated that they scheduled a personal Google Meet call with me instead of handling everything through chat. Not only did it help us find a solution quickly, but it also made the whole experience much more personal and enjoyable. Great support!

Pictu completely changed my mind after I gave it a second try — and I’m really glad I did. When I first installed the app, I honestly couldn’t figure out how to make it work, so I uninstalled it and left a message asking for a refund. Yoav then contacted me, offered me some free tokens to try the app again, and even offered to personally show me how it works. That made all the difference. The app can feel a little difficult to navigate at first, but once you understand the workflow, it’s actually very easy to use. And the results are amazing. I tested it with jewelry, which is probably one of the hardest products to get right with AI, and I was genuinely impressed with the results. I actually used the images directly in my Shopify store. One of the best features is that you can work on multiple products at the same time, save your jobs and reuse the same setup again later. It can also create some really nice ad visuals that you can use for your marketing. Definitely give Pictu a try. It really is worth it.
