Great app, does exactly what I need. I'm surprised that this app is free (or at least that the free version is so useful). It automatically sends me an email when someone fills out a form and I have a folder that the emails automatically get forwarded to. Lots of people visit my the form and it doesn't break (as far as I know). Also asked customer service to fix an issue with the display on my website and they fixed it shockingly fast. Highly recommend this app if you need a form builder.

I just created and published my first contact form. I struggled with how to install it change the size and the placement of the form on my page. I reached out to support and they were very quick to do this for me. Thank you Lily and team!

Form was easy to use but I’ve been having issues with being sent notifications for completed forms as well as clients saying they are unable to submit/complete the form.

We love this app for creating more customized forms. There are many templates to choose from, even on the free plan. Lots of customization options and it's basically plug and play creating a new form. Highly recommend if you are looking for forms that go beyond the basic Shopify offering!

Pify form has one of the most helpful customer service representatives I've ever worked with. They're quick and always have an answer! The app is quite customizable too, I was able to achieve the vision I wanted.

Great app. I moved over from Jotform and glad I did. Takes a couple of goes to get used to the platform but real easy once you get going. Got forms all over my website now and its increasing enquiries. Had a couple of IT fixes required and questions. Lily and the team responded very quickly. They'll keep helping until its resolved.
