Great app for setting up multiple forms for different email addresses. And what's more the free version has most things you'll need in a good form! It has a lot of nice features that other apps hide behind a pay wall imop.

Out of all the apps i've tried, this has the widest range of customization features for the free plan, it comes with branding but the cheapest plan they have is really good value for money and removes the watermark. If you are looking for a custom forms app, I highly recommend this one above all others. Especially if you need complex customization. The customer support team is also really friendly and helpful.

I just created and published my first contact form. I struggled with how to install it change the size and the placement of the form on my page. I reached out to support and they were very quick to do this for me. Thank you Lily and team!

Form was easy to use but I’ve been having issues with being sent notifications for completed forms as well as clients saying they are unable to submit/complete the form.
We feel really sorry for any troubles or unpleasant experience we brought to you. Our technical customer service has contacted you. We love this app for creating more customized forms. There are many templates to choose from, even on the free plan. Lots of customization options and it's basically plug and play creating a new form. Highly recommend if you are looking for forms that go beyond the basic Shopify offering!

Pify form has one of the most helpful customer service representatives I've ever worked with. They're quick and always have an answer! The app is quite customizable too, I was able to achieve the vision I wanted.
