Excellent full-featured app with highly customizable settings. Forms can include virtually every data entry field. Many templates or build your own from scratch. Your forms will look great.

We use this over our entire website for various uses. It is our contact form, sponsorship form, Dealer application, warranty replacement, and quote form to name a few. The forms are easy to build, easy to use, easy to install and easy for our customers to fill out. I highly recommend this app!

"I recently started using the Pify Contact Form app and I am extremely pleased with its performance. The app is incredibly easy to set up and customize to match my store's branding. I love that it comes with various fields like name, email, phone number and a message box that allows my customers to easily reach out to me.
