Sunny from support has been beyond amazing! I required both customisations and support for an issue, and the support I received for both was top notch! Quickest responses ever and nothing seemed to be too much trouble. I use this app as a pop up so customers can get an email reminder to return to shop when it is convenient for them, as many customers are scrolling social media, see our ads, but don't want to complete checkout at that particular time.
