So far this app is working just as needed. It's customizable and we really like that. Missing 1 star due to the fact that you have to pay to print submissions.

The app is excellent for custom products and offers the flexibility to add items without listing them on Shopify. The support team is highly responsive and quick to implement any requested changes to fit our needs. While the custom section currently includes only basic design elements, there’s room for improvement with more design customization options. Overall, it’s a great app with solid functionality and outstanding support.

This app has a ton of customization and is easy to set up. No coding required and allows customers to fill out their order form right from an embedded page!

Stopped sending me emails after a few days. Emails to customers have never worked. App would be ok but is relatively buggy.

The for is great but I don't get any notifications when customers contact me, I saw that I already lost two businesses. A great form without creating communivcation isn't really helpful. I cannot find any setting to enable email notifications either.
We regret to hear that you missed two business opportunities. Our form sends an email to the administrator's email address set in the form upon user submission. You can open the form editing page, go to Settings, expand the Email to Admin section, and modify the administrator's email address. After making the changes, you can click the Send a test email button to verify whether your email can receive messages properly. If you are still unable to receive emails, please contact us at [email protected], and our team will assist in resolving the issue.

The customer service responds promptly and the form can be designed in a variety of ways. We wanted to customize something on the app and it was solved quickly!

I personally find "Blank Form", "Copy of Blank Form" and "Copy of Copy of Blank Form" very confusing.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused. First, regarding the "Blank Form," it is a template provided when creating a form. When you select this template, the initial form will not contain any fields, allowing you to easily add the form fields you need. After selecting this template and creating the form, the default form name will be displayed as "Blank Form." You can change the form name by following these steps: On the app homepage, select "Forms," then click the inverted triangle button on the far right of "Blank Form," and finally click "Rename" to modify the form name. Additionally, if you duplicate a form named "Blank Form" for the first time, the duplicated form will be named "Copy of Blank Form." If you then duplicate the form named "Copy of Blank Form," the new duplicated form will be named "Copy of Copy of Blank Form." You can also rename these forms as needed. If you encounter any other issues, please contact [email protected] let us know. Thanks.

They are very attentive and friendly. They always respond within 24 hours. I had a very specific problem because the confirmation emails weren't arriving to the customer's email, and they resolved it the same day the minor issue arose. I also made a special request because I needed to redirect account creation from the basic Shopify form to the form created with Pify, and they granted it. The app is very functional, has everything you need, and is very simple and intuitive to use. It has some very elegant designs, and its prices are very affordable. I recommend it 100%; the support is always there, and that gives me peace of mind and confidence. Thank you, Pify!
