The Pify From Builder app has allowed us to create the ideal forms for our online Submissions. Creating multi-page forms that integrate well with our website, plus the addition of a payment on submission is exactly what we had been searching for! The support team have been wonderful with our enquiries to help make it work as needed.

Not actually a free app. Pretty much useless with the limited options without upgrading
tricky to update the form once installed
Using the free seems fine, but I wish we had the option to use more than 10 custom fields
