We’ve been using this PIM to assist with data and its completeness between our three different sales channels; our box service, digital commerce, and physical retail stores. It handles the complexity beautifully and has made scaling our business so much easier. Pimberly has really showed its worth best when it has helped us modify or add additional channels, as well as when we scale up or down any of these areas. What really sets them apart, though, is their support. Every member of their team that we've worked with has been extremely collaborative. Anytime we've hit a snag, they've been right there with us, sometimes jumping on a live call to troubleshoot in real-time, and always knocking out help desk tickets faster than we expect. We have been using Pimberly as our Product Information Management (PIM) system, and it has become a critical component of our data and eCommerce operations. Its flexibility allows us to adapt data models to suit our business needs, which has significantly improved internal efficiency. One of the standout features is its seamless integration with Shopify. Pimberly enables us to manage our Shopify listings directly within the platform, meaning that any updates made to product information are reflected on our storefront almost immediately. This real-time synchronisation removes manual effort, reduces errors, and ensures our customers are always presented with the most up-to-date product information. Pimberly has also proven to be an excellent single source of truth. All product data, including rich content and digital assets, is centralised, which has helped eliminate duplication and inconsistencies across systems. Pimberly has helped give us a much more centralized and structured way of managing large product catalogs across Shopify, Magento and GoFlow. The flexibility of the platform is one of its strongest points - workflows, attributes, datasets, and connector mappings can be configured to support very complex catalog requirements. The support and onboarding teams have also been very responsive and collaborative whenever issues or edge cases come up.

Great team, great product Pimberly has given us a central source of truth for all product information, with a solid out of the box Shopify integration that took a lot of the heavy lifting out of our migration project. Pimberly is very flexible and can be configured to fit most use cases. The onboarding support team has been excellent throughout. There are a few bugs and some functional gaps against what Shopify offers natively, e.g. missing support for Markets, and UEP pricing. To their credit, Pimberly have been open about where these sit on the roadmap and have already delivered some fixes to gaps. Customer documentation could also be stronger around Shopify setup, particularly with worked examples of how to map specific metafields. Overall, a solid product backed by a team that listens and delivers.
