We recently engaged with Pipe17 to connect and manage our TikTok Shop at OLLY, and the results have been fantastic! From the start, Pipe17 stood out for its ease of use and seamless integration with our Shopify Plus instance. The app has significantly simplified syncing inventory, order processing, and tracking across platforms. We feel a deep sense of security using this middleware to protect our product and customer data. The real-time updates ensure our inventory stays accurate, and the automation capabilities have improved our operational efficiency tremendously. Implementation was incredibly easy and the customer support team has also been responsive and helpful, guiding us through setup and troubleshooting any minor issues. Could not recommend Pipe17 more! We can ingest all of our orders through Shopify now and send to multiple WMSs. Incredibly flexible and easy to us software.

Started working with Pipe17 when I joined as a Project Coordinator and it has exceeded my expectations. Always responsive, making sure my questions are always answered.
