1. you say its 9.99 then straight away bills 19.99 in shopify 2. you have plans in settings with NO option to select one 3 you say its a 30 day trial then there no mention or option to cancel on your app' 4. you say there is someone online to chat no one responds. 5. no ability to stop the action.. its just scanning no stop with hardly and settings not good
