Sporty Types review for PIX ‑ Image Optimizer

It states the app is free. It only compresses half of my images. To compress the remaining image requires upgrading. That is showing a fee that has been crossed out and is currently free. What is to say you don't get charged later? I have emailed and there is no reply. I have contacted them via their chat box which states, "we reply immediately", but after just over a day, still no reply. As others have said in their reviews, there is no customers service. I am updating this review to add that they have now removed their chat box. There is NO customer support, there help page is minimal, and there 'more about us' link is not a link.
