Cher SAV Pixelio, Je tiens à exprimer ma satisfaction quant à l'assistance exceptionnelle fournie par Patrick lors de l'installation de Pixelio. Face à des difficultés, sa réactivité a été impressionnante, et sa maîtrise du sujet a permis de résoudre rapidement tous les problèmes. Sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme ont été cruciaux pour rendre le processus d'installation fluide et efficace. En plus de cela, sa convivialité a vraiment rendu cette expérience agréable. Staff très réactif et à l'écoute .J'ai chaque fois eu rapidement une réponse sur le chatbot à mes questions . Par ailleurs , Patrick de Pixelio m'a même fait une démonstration vidéo personnalisée quand j'ai eu du mal avec l'application . Je ne peux que la recommander .

Je la recommande vivement elle marche super bien pour tracker les client, en plus ils vous aident pendant l'installation, David un des consultants de l'application m'a aidé du début jusqu'à la fin de l'installation.

Patrick est très réactif et patient. Il résout rapidement les difficultés qu'on peut rencontrer, il maitrise bien le français et accompagne avec pédagogie.

Jsem velmi spokojená s aplikaci a zejména s Patrikem. Ihned mi byl k dispozici a s trpělivostí mi pomohl s nastavením aplikace .Vše řádně zkontroloval aby se ujisti , že je vše v pořádku .Ještě jednou děkuji Patriku.

This is one of the best plugins I've ever used, it's not only inexpensive but it captures data very accurately, I've been rare in my reviews but this time this plugin makes me recommend it! His customer service, Patrick, is very friendly, he solved all my problems and I am very grateful to him! I will be installing it in all my shops!
