Fantastic app at a great price. Highly customizable with a integrated code editor. The best part: The customer service is incredibly friendly, highly competent, helpful, and fast. Very highly recommended!!! If I could, I would give a million stars.

Superb support! They helped us very quickly. Some metafields were not accessible through their Shopify app, so we asked them to make them available for our template. The issue was solved within 24 hours, and they even added the code to our template for us. Excellent service!

I am giving 5 stars for the entire experience. The Pixi team was extremely prompt, attentive, and efficient in resolving our situation. Every question was answered quickly, and all technical adjustments were implemented correctly and without delay. Communication was clear, professional, and solution-oriented. I truly appreciate their support and the fact that they ensured the final result matched our requirements perfectly. An excellent service and a team you can fully rely on.

The app is straightforward and has lots of templates to choose from which are very customisable, the staff are super helpful and you can add extras to documents like product metafields, etc, which they will help code for you!

Sruthy was really helpful in helping me to troubleshoot and setting up the download invoice button in the customer account order page of my shopify website. I also really like this app as it makes it really convenient for me to issue the invoice from my shopify backend.

Jusqu'a maintenant j'avais des applications qui permettais l'impression de document et il fallait le faire pour le client. maintenant le client telecharge et imprime tout seul ses factures et c'est un temps gagné. I like it that this is one of the few apps that work with shopify flow and they where very helpfull in customizing the design. This is really a big pro for us, that we could fully customize the layout and functions. We are now able to make decent invoices and credit invoices. Especially credit invoices are very difficult with standard apps.

Very good customer service. App was super easy to setup. Customer support was exceptionally helpful and very responsive with my request for a complex configuration regarding the ebay/Amazon orders imported into Shopify store, these imported orders don't have GST, therefore the app does not display them, within less than a day, the Dev team was able to configure the app to accommodate for the GST for external orders from Amazon and eBay. The team understood my request and executed the change flawlessly, I am very happy with the App and their customer service, strongly recommended this app if you need to do GST Tax invoice for Australia, especially the Amazon/Ebay orders.

THIS IS AN AMAZING APP WITH AN EXTREME EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPPORT YOU ARE THE BEST YOUR APP IS THE BEST RECOMMENDED Dont think twice install PIXI app because your invoices is sensitive which can put you in jail and you deal with this kind of support who get your back They saved us while our 5 years old order printer app crashed We was in a very bad situation infront of our customer but these guys stood for us and helped us on the spot they made several video meetings with me to understand my needs They have a crazy AI tool that help you customize your invoices and it WOOORKKK really nice VERY RESPECTFUL I will never forget how they helped me seriously usually we face AI support ( or emails tickets which take years ) but they are different they CARE from the CEO to the developers to the customer support It is the best expericnece i got over 7 years in shopify THANKS FOR CEO: MR GEON THANKS FOR MR JOFIN AND THE SUPPORT GIRL I DONT REMEMBER HER NAME
