PixPix Image Editor

This app works ok, but I ran into a few issues, specifically with the batch processing feature. The Pro (paid) version handles batch processing, but the Crop feature doesn't actually crop, it just resizes the image. If you manually edit each image and use the crop function, it works as you would expect, but through the batch process it does a resize. Also, the SEO feature is supposed to let you change the alt text and the file name, but only changes the alt text. The file name remains the same. If they fixed these bugs I would bump this to 5 stars and be happy to pay the Pro subscription. Unfortunately, I tried reaching out to their support team, both via email and using the form on their website, and no one ever replied to my support requests. Since I can't get support and the app doesn't do several functions that I would consider to be core features, I have to rate it lower.

This application is excellent for enhancing many of our products that require slight adjustments. Thank you. We did encounter a "Internal Server Error." After reaching out regarding the problem, they successfully resolved the issue.

Very easy to use. Sharp results. Save a lot of time, no needtoadapt pictures locally and reload. Works direcly on pics stored online.

I use the app to resize my pictures and edit the light and background. It works well. I use the free version and it is sufficient.

A helpful, and surprisingly powerful, image editing tool if a quick fix to an image is needed. Highly recommended.

I use PixPix for my Shopify store, but just the free version. It works good for the basic things. So far, I only have used it for removing text in the background and cropping. I would like it better if I could change the color of the brush using a color picking tool to take it easy to match exactly the background color. It integrates well into Shopify.

There is no way to bulk resize even though advertised, not really user friendly despite other reviews saying so. Not very many uses for this app that you can't get out of a free image editor

I was frustrated with my product images being different sizes - which resulted in a cluttered look on my product pages. PixPix solved my problem by allowing me to quickly and easily make all my images a square. Thank you!!

I was very upset when this app was taken off of shopify for free (after using it for 3 years). It seems they have improved the issue of it locking up and crashing your work, but the pixel quality and blurriness of pictures is still horrid. I won't be paying to make my pictures look bad. My phone camera edits them better and saves the quality. I'd rather use that and it's free.

Thank you so much! We edit our product images off site but Shopify will sometimes (1 out of 20 images) will incorrectly load an image in the wrong orientation, despite it being correct before the upload. It was easy to fix before the editor then it disappeared. This app definitely came to our rescue.

Saved a lot of time on cropping images from products easy! Love it! Completely free, it's awesome to have. A little things I would improve (maybe a pro version): 1. Add an option to bulk edition 2. More options on the Shopify App front page. Thank you so much,
