Playbook

This app is so helpful! As someone new to Shopify, I needed clear, practical guidance- and this app delivered exactly that. First, my web developer created custom videos for me on Vimeo, showing exactly what I needed to do. Then he added those videos to my playbook pages, so I can go back and easily review them as many times as I need to. Its made everything much easier to understand and has saved me a lot of time. Pure gold.

We started out using this app as a task list for website updates for our web guy, but it has completely evolved. We now have our marketing person adding monthly recaps so we can see all the metrics with clean visuals for KPIs all in one place. We even started using it to create Product Drop templates that we can use to ensure our product data and media are consistent and fully executed. We reached out to the support team to ask them how to make a Playbook Page and Checklist template for future product drops so we didn't have to start from scratch every time and Brian was super helpful and showed me how to do it super easy. Really appreciate the fast response and ease of use. Really great tool.

We have been using Playbook for a bit over a month now. The team uses it to plan Klaviyo Campaigns, Discounts with QA checklist, and share Brand Guidelines. Its easy to assign tasks to team members and give them due dates which holds us more accountable to tasks and quarterly goals. Super helpful. Recommend it to any company! Team Yogi Bins!
