It’s the perfect app to connect your success on social media with your website and product pages. Customers don’t read anymore, but they really appreciate video summaries in a format that feels like social media. I’m very satisfied with the impact Play Short has had on my conversion rate and the overall UX quality of my site. The customer service is also outstanding — they respond in under 3 minutes, with a real human (not a chatbot). They even offered me several video calls within the hour to walk me through certain features, since I’m not very technical. I highly recommend it!
