Plobal has been a game changer to our Shopify Plus business. Plobal gives us the tools to be successful. Yes, it is a lot of work to find creative ways to promote the app and get installs. Don't expect the app to generate sales on its own and be wildly successful. 3 weeks of hard work, a rockstar CSM - shoutout to Rahul, and continuously testing ideas is what will change your business. By far the best investment we have made. Within 3 weeks of actively promoting the mobile app, the app is already responsible for over 10% of our revenue. It is incredible. AOV is up 38% compared to our website. Retention rates are much better than sms - and push notifications are free! I don't think Rahul ever sleeps - we exchange ideas as late as 2am or as early as 6am some days and he is always very responsive. I can tell he genuinely cares about the success of our business. Plobal has been a great partner to work with and we highly recommend them to any merchant looking for explosive growth. The biggest advice I have for other merchants considering a mobile app is to worry less about what the app looks like and to focus on ways to get installs.
