アプリをダウンロードしましたが、GOLDプランにはなっていたものの通常契約の料金より高かったです。 その件でサポートさんへ２回ほど問い合わせたが、２件ともまったく返信がなく… 他の件については割りと早めにレスポンスくれたにも関わらず残念です。

自分と、担当の配送業者さんが慣れるととても便利なツール。初めは担当の配送業者さんも戸惑っているようでした。 一円キャンペーンの活用で、操作慣れも出来てとてもよかったです！これからたくさん使いたいと思っています。

複雑な配送のオペレーションを無料でここまで一元化できるサービスを提供し、しかも配送コストも下げられるのは素晴らしいと思う。サービス利用開始時の配送会社との連携面に改善点は多少あったが、ここまでのアプリケーションをよく制作できたなと感心してしまいます。
