We ship heavy items often PO boxes are refused. It was a nightmare having to email customers constantly to ask for a real address before fulfilling the order. Tried another app before but it was too complicated. This one just sits in the checkout and stops them from paying if they type 'PO box'. The dashboard is pretty basic, but honestly you only need to set it up once. Does the job perfectly.

Kept getting hit with return fees because people were sneaking PO Boxes into the second address line. Installed Wezy, added a couple of variations like "P.O. Box" to the block list, and haven't had an issue since.Took literally a minute. Worth the few bucks a month to save my team the manual work.

Honestly a life saver. We had issues with customers shipping to PO boxes via FedEx and getting returns. This app blocked them instantly. Setup took 2 minutes. I also like that we can block specific keywords like 'Parcel Locker'. Highly recommend for the price.
