We switched to Podbase, and we think you should too. In the first couple of months of our new business we where using another POD partner, but they where slow, customer support was automated, and just did not allow us to grow or provide features to our customers. When we switched to PODBASE, it was a huge relief, shipping times were quicker and cheaper, and the support we receive is phenomenal. One thing our team loves about POSBASE is that they are always the first to bring support for new phones, immediately once they are launched. So we can always release the new phone case and capitalise on the buzz of the new phone Launch. The print quality is outstanding as well, and there production times are well within one day. Customer support is so amazing, that our team is now on a first name basis and they have been able to provide diligent help when ever we need it for large orders, or specific design inquiries.
