I had a highly disappointing experience with this company services. I ordered a custom phone case for a Galaxy S22 Plus and paid for express delivery, expecting the package to arrive within 10 days. However, after more than a week AFTER they ship the item, the tracking information had not updated. I contacted the company and was informed after a delay of 2 days that DHL had lost the package and they would resend it. I waited another 3 days, but there was still no update on the tracking information or a new tracking number. I reached out again to ask for a refund, highlighting that their shipping information was misleading and unclear. Despite my request, the company responded on after another delay of 2 days, stating that they had sent the package and that I could track it, even though I had explicitly told them not to. I decided to give them a bit more time, but as of today (25.06), there have been no updates. The tracking information still hasn't changed, and I haven't received any new tracking number or further communication. This experience has been frustrating and unacceptable. Avoid at all costs if you value your customers.
