Podbase was a joy to set up - very easy and intuitive. Customer support is exceptional as other reviews say. Pricing and shipping is better than other POD services we tried. Great and easy to use app with exceptional customer service. One thing that would make it even better is the ability for customers to upload their own images directly, rather than choosing from predefined options.

I am just now in the stages of creating designs for products and "setting up shop" before officially launching our e-commerce store. I have been in communication with the PodBase staff several times and I can't praise enough the level of customer service their employees provide!
