Podbase has been a brilliant find for me and my business. Its integration with our Shopify store is simple to setup and has saved us countless hours of manual labour when fulfilling orders. Their customer service is speedy and very helpful. I don't think I have waited longer than 24 hours for a reply to one of our emails and their live chat is even quicker! Products are also very premium and the colours are vibrant and sharp. I think we have found a long term relationship with Podbase and can't wait to work ever closer in the future.

I've tried many different Print On Demand providers in my time and I'm so happy I finally found Podbase. It has seriously been a game changer for my business! My average fulfilment time has reduced substantially and customer's are blown away by the quality, as am I! Selection of phone models is incredible and cases for new models coming to market are released on time for the release date. Automated system is great and works flawlessly with my Shopify store. I was manually processing each order before so this has saved me hours of work every day and I can now focus on other areas of my business. I was worried customer's may be put off by the longer shipping time, as products are coming from Lithuania, but they don't seem to mind and my sales are the best they have ever been. I'm only able to process this many orders due to Podbase. Customer service is also extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend them enough!

These guys can't even fulfill a phone case right, been a whole week, anything wrong should be remedied by now, support started ignoring my messages, this review will stay until they fulfill the order. UPDATE: They have solved the problem and reached a satisfied solution with us

We switched to Podbase, and we think you should too. In the first couple of months of our new business we where using another POD partner, but they where slow, customer support was automated, and just did not allow us to grow or provide features to our customers. When we switched to PODBASE, it was a huge relief, shipping times were quicker and cheaper, and the support we receive is phenomenal. One thing our team loves about POSBASE is that they are always the first to bring support for new phones, immediately once they are launched. So we can always release the new phone case and capitalise on the buzz of the new phone Launch. The print quality is outstanding as well, and there production times are well within one day. Customer support is so amazing, that our team is now on a first name basis and they have been able to provide diligent help when ever we need it for large orders, or specific design inquiries. If you are considering a POD partner look no further.
